Three People killed in an Accident in Mussoorie

Dehradun: Three people were killed in an accident in Mussoorie on Tuesday morning. The accident happened when a he utility vehicle was hit by falling boulders in the landslide near Kimadi village on Dehradun-Mussoorie Road. One person was also injured in the accident. The registration number of the vehicle was UK07 CB 1649. The accident happened around 6:00 am on Tuesday. The impact of the falling rocks hitting the vehicle resulted in vehicle plunging into the ditch.

The deceased have been identified as Manoj Kumar, 36, Vikram Singh, 27, and Mukesh Singh, 26, all residents of Hathipaon, near Mussoorie. In the accident, 30-year-old Sukhpal Singh sustained serious injuries and was shifted to hospital for treatment.

Upon receiving information, police force from Mussoorie and Cant police station reached the spot and initiated the relief and rescue operation. Mussoorie MLA Ganesh Joshi also rushed to the spot and met the families of the victim and assured them all possible help.
