NASA Awards ALICE Contract for Aircraft Operations Support to Yulista Tactical Services

NASA has awarded the Aircraft Maintenance, Logistics, Integration, Configuration Management and Engineering (ALICE) contract to Yulista Tactical Services based in Huntsville, Alabama. The base period for the contract will be 18 months, starting March 1, 2018. After completion of 18-month base period, the contract offers a one-year option and a 15-month option.  The total maximum value of the ALICE contract is about $264 million.

Under this contract, Yulista will provide aircraft maintenance and flight operations services, as well as operational and engineering support for a variety of engines, airframes, and support equipment at NASA’s Johnson Space Center (Ellington Field, Houston); a forward operating location in El Paso, Texas; agency’s Langley Research Center in Hampton; Virginia, and other locations.

Yulista Tactical, LLC (YTS) is an 8(a) SBA Small Business ANC subsidiary of Yulista Holding, LLC and currently provides providing engineering services to the Prototype and Integration Facility (PIF) of US Army’s Aviation and Missile Research, Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC).  YTS serves over 13,000 Alaska Native shareholders in South-West Alaska. YTS is known for its specialized aviation and ground vehicle maintenance and modification services; security services and logistics support; and live and virtual training.
